Use non-final dependencies in master branch ?!

Hi,

What do you think about merging
- https://github.com/apache/wicket/pull/486 - use commons-fileupload2
2.0-SNAPSHOT
- https://github.com/apache/wicket/pull/487 - use Spring 6.0.0-M1 (Java 17!)

This way only wicket-cdi (Weld & cdi-unit) still needs the temporary javax
hack.

Martin
