Synopsis: 
struts-form.tld description of the radio tag does not match the struts.taglib.form.RadioTag class

Description:
struts-form.tld describes the tag <radio> as having attributes 
'accesskey' and 'name' but the corresponding class
org.apache.struts.taglib.form.RadioTag does not have the corresponding attributes.
