I and some other folks in my group know a little about NSAPI. Here's a

Thanks for the link... thou I doubt I have time before September to
absorb it at all. I'm looking for someone to join the meeting at
Covalent in SF the week of 8/7 who can pipe in what is required for
filtering within the NSAPI spec. I'm thick into the ISAPI filtering
right now, and have a client relocating their offices to TN next week,
which turns out to be more important...
