[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-10568) Rolling Restart: batch size is fixed and cannot be changed

Aleksandr Kovalenko created AMBARI-10568:
--------------------------------------------

Summary: Rolling Restart: batch size is fixed and cannot be changed
                 Key: AMBARI-10568
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-10568
             Project: Ambari
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: ambari-web
    Affects Versions: 2.1.0
            Reporter: Aleksandr Kovalenko
            Assignee: Aleksandr Kovalenko
             Fix For: 2.1.0

Let the user set the batch size for datanodes > # of slaves and don't show the warning. If they do, it just restarts all. Always recommend "1", and if greater than 1 is entered, show the new warning ""Restarting more than one DataNode at a time is not recommended. Doing so can lead to data unavailability and/or possible loss of data being actively written to HFDS.
