[GitHub] brooklyn-docs pull request #216: update release notes for 0.12, adding a few...

    update release notes for 0.12, adding a few things i'm aware of

    replaces #208 
    
    updated application unique id note as per review comment there, also see https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/782
    
    no objection @drigodwin if you want to expand to link to jclouds release notes; easy enough for a user to find however if they want to so not necessary imo

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
