Malformed network data

Hello,

Since a few days we've been randomly getting "Malformed network data" when updating our local copy. We're using svn 1.01 with a Windows 2003 server, using the svn:// protocol. Trying the update again always work, but since we corrupted our database a few weeks ago I'm more cautious and want to avoid this again.

The database is stored locally and not used by any other file sharing process, except for backup purpose.

What could be causing this problem?

It may be this:

http://subversion.tigris.org/project_faq.html#windows-xp-server

but you didn't mention what your clients are running.
