Hello, I have used WSDL. WSDL is pretty good for SOAP describing serivces, and you can try it with IBM Web Services Toolkit on alphaWorks (including UDDI). To start web service, it should be a good starding point. I do not think you can describe SOAP services with XML Scehma alone.
