[jira] Created: (CHUKWA-480) Allow CreateRecordFile to read job confs

Allow CreateRecordFile to read job confs
----------------------------------------

                 Key: CHUKWA-480
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CHUKWA-480
             Project: Hadoop Chukwa
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Bill Graham
            Assignee: Bill Graham

Now that job processors have access to JobConfs, the CreateRecordFile utility should provide the ability to pass job configs in. This would allow using CreateRecordFile with the TsProcessor and a custom date format, for example.
