[ANN] Pluto 1.0.1-rc3 Released

The Apache Software Foundation and the The Apache Pluto Project are
pleased to announce the immediate availability of Pluto 1.0.1-rc3. This
is the third and final release candidate of the Pluto 1.0.1.

The release may be downloaded through:
http://portals.apache.org/pluto/mirrors.cgi

Pluto is a subproject of the Apache Portals project. Pluto is the
reference implementation of the Java Portlet specification (JSR-168) and
serves as a portlet container. A portlet container manages the
lifecycle and request processing of compliant portlets. In order to
ease testing and experimentation, the Pluto container has been released
with a sample portal driver and utility portlets.

For more information concerning Apache Pluto, please see:
http://portals.apache.org/pluto

Version 1.0.1-rc3 of Pluto is principally a bug fix release. In
addition it does include several administrative enhancements, including
administrative portlets for managing the deployment of compliant portlet
applications.

Detailed bug fixes and enhancements can be viewed at:
