Jetty ?bug? that might really be CXF issue

It seems awfully suspicious. Could this really be a general bug in
jetty, and not a subtle issue in how CXF configures it? I suspect that
the lifecycle wiring for the request log is somehow going off the rails.

 

However, I have yet to figure out how to provoke this in one of our
systests as opposed to in my own code.
