Is this preferred over the "forrest -f build.xml" referenced here:
http://forrest.apache.org/tools/forrestbar.html
?
In any case they should either reference each other or give the same
instructions.

I was not aware of this instructions. I just wrote down what I did and
is working. Feel free to enhance or link it. Being dev I expected
something like the README in the dir.
