Interop4 Branch failures

I ran the interop4 branch and the following tests fail:

    [junit] TEST test.functional.FunctionalTests FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.faults.FaultServiceTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.filegen.AllOptionTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.inout.DetailedInoutTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST
              test.wsdl.interop4.groupH.complexDocLit.ComplexDocLitServiceTestCase
 FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.marrays.MArrayTestsServiceTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.multiref.MultiRefTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.roundtrip.RoundtripTestServiceTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.terra.TerraServiceTestCase FAILED
    [junit] TEST
              test.wsdl.types.comprehensive_service.TypeTestServiceTestCase
              FAILED
    [junit] TEST test.wsdl.types.VerifyTestCase FAILED

I would also like to see the writeDetails method emitteded in a helper
class...not directly in the exception class.

Seems like there will needs to be a lot more work on this branch before it
is ready.
