[jira] [Created] (MNG-7076) Allow .mavenrc file in project working
directory to override the one in $HOME
Paul Hammant created MNG-7076:
---------------------------------
Summary: Allow .mavenrc file in project working directory to override the one in $HOME
Key: MNG-7076
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-7076
Project: Maven
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: Bootstrap & Build
Affects Versions: 3.6.3
Reporter: Paul Hammant
One wouldn't check it in cos it has platform specific paths in it, but it would be great to have a .mavenrc file used in a *project workspace root*.
I could set JDK 8 for one project, and otherwise have JDK 14 for my default machine choice in $HOME/.mavenrc
Of course, the one in the project root would be used in preference to the one in $HOME
