Xiaolong Zuo created MNG-6009:

Summary: Can avoid the env property {project.version} in parent pom be overrided by the child pom?
                 Key: MNG-6009
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-6009
             Project: Maven
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Dependencies
    Affects Versions: 3.2.5
            Reporter: Xiaolong Zuo

Can avoid the env property {project.version} in parent pom be overrided by the child pom?
I find when I use ${project.version} in parent pom, then the value of ${project.version} maybe override by the version of child.
Can anyone help me?
