Blind fix for arrayOutOfBounds in DTMDefaultBase#findNamespaceContext

There was an index being used with a value of -1 in 
DTMDefaultBase#findNamespaceContext.  I checked in a quick fix, which I 
think is OK, but someone more familiar with this code should take a closer 
look.  Thanks.
