building tests under mono-*

Please correct me if wrong: tests/nant.build does not include targets
for compiling under mono .

I am finishing up the FeedAppender (RSS, Atom Appender) and have moved
the tests and source to my main (Linux) machine. I will add those
build targets if they do not exist.
