settings.jar link from Contributor Guide site is broken

Hi guys

I spoke with Dan about this issue few days ago and he fixed it, but it seem
that problem return again.
After accidentally wiped up my system 2 days ago, I had to start everything
from scratch, that mean I went trough Contributor Guide to install isis.

Link to settings.jar file from paragraph "Import Settings" (
https://isis.apache.org/guides/cg.html#_import_settings), the link
https://isis.apache.org/guides/resources/appendices/dev-env/intellij/isis-settings.jar
is broken.

As I wrote at beginning, this issue was solved 2 days ago by Dan, but it
occurred again.
What I found is (it may help), that GitHub ISIS repository has in its
.gitignore file added *.jar to be ignored.

Sorry, Marcin... not sure what happened there, but it's back again now,
hopefully this time for good (I've added a .gitignore to the relevant
directory so that .jar files are NOT ignored in that dir).
