Hello Josh, we had to run some critical updates on our apache server. Because of this, apache mirror gave an error 403 Not Found. I restored the following: 
 
 IndexOptions FancyIndexing NameWidth=* FoldersFirst \  
     ScanHTMLTitles DescriptionWidth=*  
  HeaderName HEADER.html  
  ReadmeName README.html  
 
 
and everything  is working fine now. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused you.

But at this point, I'm not adding ftp mirrors to the list.  So thanks for the contribution, but if you can't provide an http mirror, we won't be listing it.
