> When performing a printout from a JSPWiki page with HADDOCK enabled, no purpose is served by the LeftMenu, and this should be omitted from printouts. PlainVanilla I think had a separate stylesheet for printing where this was the case. One can manually hide the LeftMenu before printing but ideally this is handled automatically.
> The Reading View does omit the LeftMenu, but again one has to manually enter this view (and the Reading View has a couple of other issues for printouts).
