   1. All tables in https://pulsar.apache.org/release-notes/ are generated automatically now, so I've updated the [workflow](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cwNkBefKyV6OPbEXnUrcCdVZi0i2BezqL6vAL7VqVC0/edit?pli=1#bookmark=id.bfqdupk04rlz), could u PTAL from a technical perspective? cc @D-2-Ed @DaveDuggins
   
   2. If the workflow is correct, release managers do not need to perform the tasks in this PR since all info is generated automatically, right?
