   Hi, as the JIRA describes, this PR is intend to fix a type cast exception in hive, BytesWritable to HiveDecimalWritable, after updating a MOR table with decimal type.
   
   Steps to reproduce：
   1、create a MOR table with decimal type, insert data with hiveSync
   2、update this table
   3、query the _rt result table with hive
   
   In avro, the decimal is a logical type, and its underlying type is a fixed (or bytes). I add a processing logic when field schema's type is fixed and logical type is decimal, return a HiveDecimalWritable instead of BytesWritable.
