[users@httpd] Lookback not working in Apache on Win2kPro

Hi,

I set up Apache 1.3.27 on Windows 2000 Professional, installed PHP and I can't 
get the URL http://localhost/news.php/tv/dinner to show anything other than a 
404 (or, indeed, any other similar URL - putting anything after news.php/ 
gives the same result. NOTE: news.php works fine by itself)

I tried uninstalling Apache and installing the latest Apache2, but there was 
no luck with that either (even with the AcceptPathInfo directive set to On)

Lots of people on the net have described the problem, but no one has given a 
solution.
