I think, having 2 different versions in jetty would be painful even in preCommit time (see test failures above), instead we should wait for hadoop 3.2.2 (with jetty 9.4.x, see HADOOP-16152) to be released and move forward here, depending on that

important note that, since hadoop 3.2.1, it depends on guava27, but it's still on jetty 9.3...if we want to avoid endless pom.xml hacks and shading, we should move to hadoop 3.2.2, and upgrade jetty+guava at the same
