   The OpenSSL dependency should only be required when using ZMQ with encryption. 
   At the moment the OpenSSL dependency is added, because of linking issue with libcurl and its dependency on OpenSSL when building docker images.
   
   Will create an "add openssl dep" option and default remote the openssl lib requirement.
