Netscape's RDM thing...

One of the Netscape developers, Darren Hardy, has put up a spec for 
their RDM work (the catalog server protocol, basically) in

I'm not sure whether this is public information or not, so it might
be best if people didn't forward it along to much.  The hope is that
it may appear as a W3C draft reasonably soon, though with the entire
staff of the W3C buried in meetings next week, that may go a bit more
slowly than it would in a perfect world...
