   ### Description
   
   Optimizer hint is powerful in many uses. I see doris has the function in query statement. But doris does not support optimizer hint in insert statement.
   When I try this sql (insert /*+ SET_VAR(parallel_fragment_exec_instance_num=16)*/ into r_1y5000w_c_500_t_32_not_key(ID,f500) SELECT ID,IF(f5='1', '1', '2') FROM r_1y5000w_c_500_t_32_not_key;), I get this error.
   ```
   mysql> insert /*+ SET_VAR(parallel_fragment_exec_instance_num=16)*/ into r_1y5000w_c_500_t_32_not_key(ID,f500) SELECT ID,IF(f5='1', '1', '2') FROM r_1y5000w_c_500_t_32_not_key;
   ERROR 1105 (HY000): NullPointerException, msg: null
   ```
