[GH] (grails-core/feat/sql-tail-command): Workflow run "CI" is working again!

The GitHub Actions job "CI" on grails-core.git/feat/sql-tail-command has succeeded.

Make the sql-tail specs pass on Windows

The renderer and runner specs compared println output with a newline, so
the platform's line separator failed them on Windows; the capture file was
also printed with backslashes there. The settings spec set the application
and build directories to Unix paths, which are relative on Windows, so the
build directory was joined to the application directory instead of taken
as it was.

The specs now read the platform's line separator as a newline, build the
title from the file they pass, and use directories that are absolute on
the platform they run on.
