Tomcat Ant tasks and JDeveloper

When using the custom Ant definitions for the Tomcat Manager web application, the instructions are normally to place the catalina-ant.jar file in the ant/lib directory.  Within which JDeveloper directory should this jar file be placed when using the Ant 1.5 support in the JDeveloper 9.0.5 preview?  Anyone have experience with this?
