The new uimaFIT logger API makes code writing simpler, but currently all the logging messages claim to be logged from ExtendedLogger - instead the method/class that *calls* ExtendedLogger should be logged.

Fixing this issue depends on UIMA-2375 being released since uimaFIT shouldn't depend on snapshot versions of the core.
