   I do hope that if Cordova stops supporting this method, we get some advance notice. As far as I can tell from the [docs](https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/reference/cordova-plugin-splashscreen/index.html#single-image-launch-screen), the single-image launch screen is under the Launch Storyboard Images section. so it's a supported method.
   
   Or does "deprecating support for legacy splashscreens" mean the `Default@2x~universal~anyany.png` approach is deprecated as well?
