Cocoon 2.0 larger update...

As you probably noticed, I'm moving Cocoon 2.0 from SAX1 to SAX2, so,
I would kindly ask to anyone not to make any changes in the 
xml-cocoon2-alpha0 branch... I think I'll be done by tonight...
