[I] Update Footer Copyright Year to 2026 [dubbo-admin]

Jai-76 opened a new issue, #1395:

   The footer of the Apache Dubbo website (https://dubbo.apache.org/en/index.html) currently displays the copyright year as 2024. As we are now in 2026, this should be updated to reflect the current year to maintain the site's professional appearance and accuracy.
   
   Current Behavior:
   
   The footer text reads: © 2024 The Apache Software Foundation.
   
   Expected Behavior:
   
   The footer text should read: © 2026 The Apache Software Foundation. (or essentially use a dynamic date function if the static site generator supports it).
   
   Environment:
   
   URL: https://dubbo.apache.org/en/index.html
   
   Date Observed: January 17, 2026
   
   Browser/OS: Any
