[I] [Bug] Bundle metrics gone under ExtensibleLoadManager [pulsar]
backuitist opened a new issue, #23923:
URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/23923
### Search before asking
- [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues) and found nothing similar.
### Read release policy
- [x] I understand that unsupported versions don't get bug fixes. I will attempt to reproduce the issue on a supported version of Pulsar client and Pulsar broker.
### Version
Pulsar Broker 4.0.1
### Minimal reproduce step
This configuration setting is ineffective when combined with the ExtensibleLoadManager:
```
exposeBundlesMetricsInPrometheus=true
loadManagerClassName=org.apache.pulsar.broker.loadbalance.extensions.ExtensibleLoadManagerImpl
```
I find the bundle metrics useful when troubleshooting load balancing; it'd probably be a good idea to add them back to the ExtensibleLoadManager.
### What did you expect to see?
The `pulsar_bundle_topics_count` metric to be published (amongst others)
### What did you see instead?
Nothing
### Anything else?
_No response_
### Are you willing to submit a PR?
- [ ] I'm willing to submit a PR!
