neethi embarassing class name....

Neethi has a class named:

XmlPrimtiveAssertion

which, to me, is embarassing.   However, changing it would be incompatible.   
Since 2.1 won't really be "drop in" compatible due to the updates to make it 
Java5, I'm tempted to just fix it.   

Thoughts?

It is more important that variable names be spelled consistently than 
"correctly".

You should fix it by renaming it

  XmlPrimtiveAssrtion
