Release Done

Hi Guys,

I have built the dist bundles and uploaded them here:

http://xml.apache.org/dist/xmlrpc/release/v1.0/

I'm waiting to here from Stefano, he might not be around so if anyone else
wants to try and get something going on the xml.apache.org site feel free.
The xml.apache.org site is completely frustrating to deal with and I'm not
wasting any more time trying to get it to work.
