We experienced this problem with Axis2 running under Tomcat 6 with many concurrent users above 1000. Original WSDL is returned damaged.

java.lang.StackOverflowError
at java.util.Hashtable.get(Hashtable.java:339)

the com.ibm.wsdl.util.ObjectRegistry originates from IBM eclipse jar
grep -S -l com.ibm.wsdl.util.ObjectRegistry *.*
.\modules\tool\axis2-eclipse-codegen-plugin\target\plugin\Axis2_Codegen_Wizard_1
.4.0\lib\axis2.eclipse.codegen.plugin-1.6.2.${extension}
did you contact IBM to determine the resolution?
