HEL P- Turbine and Weblogic 6.1

Hello:
 
I am very new to Turbine. I have been able to deploy the sample application
as per the installation directions on W2K and Oracle 9i. I wanted to deply
this asme application under weblogic 6.1 without success. I get "Error
403--Forbidden" message. Can I please get some help on what I need to do to
get this working.
