[PR] Extend double include guard scope in asyncbuffer.h [logging-log4cxx]

The `#ifndef ` scope in `asyncbuffer.h` did not cover the entire header file, resulting in a `macro redefinition` warning when `log4cxx/helpers/asyncbuffer.h` was explicitly included.
