maven shade plugin for jdk 20/21
Hi all,
JDK21 reaches general availability today. Could someone provide another
release of the shade plugin to support it?

I've added change to run tests with JDK 21 (Corretto) and all looks good so
far.
We may not have yet specific tests related to 21 yet, but plugin looks good
to do release.

I tested v3.5.0 with an updated jdependency, which worked fine on jdk21-ea.
