Currently in Oozie distcp action, or coordinators accessing dependency on a different cluster other than primary cluster for job submission, users have to manually add setting
{code}
oozie.launcher.mapreduce.job.hdfs-servers
{code}

to fetch delegation tokens from the other namenode(s). This has come up repeatedly as a usability/documentation issue and makes sense to set it automatically by detecting the NN urls.
