Nightly builds version change

Hi,

I recently changed the version schema I use for the deltacloud-core nightly builds.

The current schema is:

deltacloud-core-[NEXT_RELEASE_VERSION]-9999.[GIT_SHORT_TAG]git.noarch

Please reinstall deltacloud-core if you are using version deltacloud-core-0.5.0.
