Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: GERONIMO-12
Summary: Make Maven build the remoting junit test cases correctly.
       Type: Task

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: Unknown

    Project: Apache Geronimo
 Components:
             buildsystem

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Hiram Chirino

    Created: Sat, 23 Aug 2003 10:37 AM
    Updated: Sat, 23 Aug 2003 10:37 AM

Description:

Right now in:
incubator-geronimo/modules/core/src/test/org/apache/geronimo/remoting

You will find:
Person.java
IPerson.java
TransientValue.java

The above classes are used by the MarshalingInterceptorsTest junit test as a mock application to test marshaling between application classloaders. For the test to work correctly, they cannot be in the classpath when the MarshalingInterceptorsTest junit test executes.

Right now MAVEN puts them same classpath. Therefore most of the testcases in the MarshalingInterceptorsTest have been disabled. Can sombody configure the MAVEN build to compile the 3 classes to seperate destination directory??
