   As a user, i would like to tag charts in superset and have the ability to filter based on some custom tags. I would imaging some grouping of charts and then focus on certain groups for multiple projects. 
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   As an alternative, right now i just sort the Charts in descending order of timestamp. / creation date. 
   
   I would like to work on this change if such a feature is accepted and propose the following changes : 
   
   1. Charts will have a tags attribute
   2. API should be able to filter charts based on tags.
