security questions

I'm creating a website where users can log in.
If a user is logged in, more operations appear in his menu.

If the user is not logged in, and he knows the pagename, he still can access
that page by inserting the url in the webbrowser.
How can I automaticly forward the non-logged in users to the login page?

What about non existing pages?
Now I get a Exception report. This is nice for debugging, but must be turned
off when programm is shipped.
