Description:
This JIRA is to follow up a TODO in MiniMRYarnCluster.
{{//TODO Add a timeout. State.STOPPED check ?}}
I think State.STOPPED check is no longer needed. The condition was changed with YARN-4313 so now it does not make sense.

{@YarnConfiguration.RM_SCHEDULER_INCLUDE_PORT_IN_NODE_NAME} is wrong. Should be changed to
{@value YarnConfiguration#RM_SCHEDULER_INCLUDE_PORT_IN_NODE_NAME}
