[jira] Commented: (VELOCITY-599) DataSourceResourceLoader doesn't
support UTF8
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VELOCITY-599?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12611790#action_12611790 ]
Will Glass-Husain commented on VELOCITY-599:
--------------------------------------------
I think the solution is to change the getAsciiStream to a getBinaryStream.
But I can't tell for sure. I'm having problems testing this issue. I made a test for hsqldb, where it stored a template in Unicode, but it passed even with the old code.
Any comments on this? I might just change it without a breaking test.
