Sample client issues

Hi !
 
I setup the SLIDE with HSQL as datastore. I could do most of the RFC2518
commands except the following issues using the run.bat sample client in
dist/client area:
 
(1) COPY never works for me. I get a 412 error always. I did the following:
        - Connect as root
        - MKCOL test1
        - put run.bat (this goes to /slide collection)
        - COPY run.bat test2 (Fails with pre-condition failed 412)
 
Any clues please....
