    Resolution: Fixed

I've just checked in a fix for this bug, including a unit test. It should work properly now.

> When delivering an ivy file which does not contain branch information while the default branch has been set in the settings, deliver does write the branch value in the file. Then once published to the repository the ivy file is still dependent on the settings, instead of holding the value that was used at resolve time, breaking reproducibility.
