JMeter 1.7.3 (RC for 1.8)

I've been gearing up for the next release - 1.7.3.  I'd like this one to be considered 
a 1.8 release candidate, and I'd move it over unchanged (except for version 
number) if things went reasonably well with it.

I plan on working mostly on documentation today and tomorrow.  I doubt it'll be 
complete, but I'd like everything there to be more or less correct.  If anyone has 
suggestions for documentation that needs updating, please send me a note.

Also, I've addressed all the bug and enhancement requests that I plan on for this 
release.  Anything still open I have no current plans to change before 1.8.  If there 
is a bug/enhancement you think really needs to be addressed for 1.8, send a note 
in for that too.  Please note, this isn't for your personal needs (1.8 going out won't 
affect how fast I get to the bugs starting Monday), but for JMeter - what is 
appropriate for it's release as usable software.
