[~gsaha], can you delete the unit test condition at slider-core/src/test/groovy/org/apache/slider/providers/agent/TestBuildBasicAgent.groovy as not providing agent.ini is no longer a bad configuration. We can simply delete the test for "test_bad_agent_args-5".

You can then run only that test to verify the fix "mvn test -Dtest=TestBuildBasicAgent"
